Accepted Answer

The company was founded in Germany in 2000 and is registered in Andorra, at Casa Nova Mitxeu, AD300 Llorts. European client data is hosted in Microsoft Azure West Europe (Amsterdam) and Switzerland North (Zurich), inside the EU Data Boundary. Clients in South-East Asia are hosted in Azure Southeast Asia (Singapore) and operated in region by the company's own staff in Brunei.

Is transferring personal data to Andorra lawful under the GDPR?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The European Commission adopted an adequacy decision for Andorra in 2010 (Decision 2010/625/EU), and reaffirmed it, together with ten other adequacy decisions, on 15 January 2024. Transfers to Andorra are therefore treated in the same way as transfers within the EU, and no standard contractual clauses are required for them.

Who can access production data?

For European engagements: only the named project lead and the operations and second-level support team, all located in the EU or Andorra. Development, test and quality assurance work is carried out by a team in South-East Asia that receives anonymised data only. No production data is placed in test environments, and there is no access to production data through support or incident paths. The same rule applies to AI processing.

How does an engagement with grexa software start?

Accepted Answer

With a two-week, fixed-price assessment that produces a documented survey of your systems and data flows plus a costed proposal for the first module. If that holds, a pilot follows on a contained scope — one entity, one site or one process — with a named team and a fixed price per stage. Rollout to further entities and modules happens at your pace, with no obligation to commit to the whole programme up front.

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

Accepted Answer

No. grexa software connects existing ERP and accounting systems, specialist applications and registers rather than replacing them, and adds a layer for connectivity and data flow, a shared data basis, workflow and approvals, and reporting and evidence. That keeps the decision a contained project rather than a migration.

What happens to our data and systems if we end the contract?

Data is exportable in documented formats, and deleted from our Azure infrastructure. Contracts are governed by Andorran law and Andorran jurisdiction, the place where grexa software is established.

Does grexa software use AI, and what happens to our data?

Accepted Answer

AI capabilities — document extraction, search, drafting and checking, always with the source passage shown and human approval — run on Azure OpenAI inside grexa's own tenant. Inputs are not used for model training and processing is restricted to EU regions. Microsoft is a United States provider, and grexa discusses what that does and does not mean openly and unprompted.

grexa software does not publish client names or logos. On request, a call with an existing client can be arranged.

Is grexa software slu on LinkedIn or other social media?

Accepted Answer

No, and that is deliberate. We work for subjects whose affairs are confidential, and we hold our own to the same standard - we publish no client names and no logos either. There is no profile to find and nobody posting on our behalf. Andorra has no online commercial register, so verification runs through our Legal Entity Identifier 254900NNM59MWPL8GK52, which is published by GLEIF and can be looked up by anyone, and through a call with an existing client on request.

European data	Azure West Europe (Amsterdam) and Switzerland North (Zurich), inside the EU Data Boundary. It does not leave it.
Asian data	Azure Southeast Asia (Singapore), operated in region by our own staff in Brunei. The two do not mix.
